The problem that we had in which keystone black professionally resolved was a drainage related issue. Originally the architect had a very brief look at the drainage around our property and put a poor drainage plan in place. The original plan would result in us connecting into a neighbour’s foul waste pipework. We didn’t want this as we wanted our own foul waste connection to prevent an external issue’s impacting future works.
What keystone black did for us was provide a clear breakdown in what we needed to do to get our own foul waste connection, they also generated a clear and accurate drainage plan that we could send off to united utilities.
