The Expectations
During the process of developing the property the client had looked to remove Hawthorn Bushes from along the boundary in order to provide a safe play area for the family.
Initial discussions with neighbours quickly broke down with differing claims of where the boundary was sited, at times heated, and stressful for all involved, both parties where entrenched and looking at legal advice.

We visited site and looked at the property’s boundaries, establishing where the boundary was sited.
Advise was then given on how to approach the disgruntled neighbour.
Land Registry documentation and factual information on the scaling of such boundaries, along with evidence gathered from the surrounding area, was produced, documented, and presented to the client in order to help the neighbour better understand the true position of said boundary.
