Management of the Stats Model and the Project extents to assist in the pre-start clash detection analysis, and the subsequent production of Permit Systems to support the safe delivery of the permanent works throughout life cycle of the project. The completed Stats Model featuring the extents of the permanent works will feed into the Health and Safety File, as part of the final project sign off.
