Keystone Black was contacted by the client to try and establish the true position of the boundary, produce a Survey Report, and assist in mediation between the two parties. Looking to assist in brokering a resolution without protracted legal action and expensive legal costs.

Keystone Black worked with the client in order to help acquire the relevant Developer and Land Registry Information.
Advise was then given on how to best approach the neighbour as stressful situations regarding properties can quickly escalate.
During the site visit our Survey Team were able to establish the true position of the disputed boundary by utilising documentation and factual information on the scaling of such boundaries, reinforced with evidence gathered from the surrounding area.
Keystone Blacks subsequent Survey Report was used to clarify the boundary position, the information contained within the report helped to assist with mediating a speedy resolution between both parties, and limit legal fees.
Keystone Blacks structured approach to boundary dispute resolution again helped a client to reduce stress and save money.
Keystone black helped us with a parking dispute that turned our first time buying experience very sour. After a consultation call with Adam and a few images and documents sent over the Keystone Black team were quick to act and help us establish our boundary line.
The fact they were so helpful and understanding really brought a quite intense situation with our neighbours down to a peaceful level. There became a point where we were feeling extremely anxious and stressed about the situation, losing sleep over unanswered questions and racking our brains to try and find them. We were asking him a lot of questions about where we stand in the situation and what he recommends we do as well as helping us understand the details of the drawings and what we were marking up on their site visit.
